Small-Group Class: Inflammation & Gut Balance
Inflammation can start in the gut, causing trouble for your health and wellbeing. Did you know you have more immune cells in your gut than anywhere else in your body? What if they are too active? How can we calm them down? And WHY are they in your gut in the first place?
Join us on Sunday, March 24th for another small-group class facilitated by our friend and Functional Medicine Pharmacist Dr. Sarah Jastram. In this class, Sarah will talk about the connection between your immune system, the gut, and your health. Come learn 5 ways the immune system and the gut can be out of balance, and leave with some key tips to help create your own balance in day-to-day living.
Cost: $15 per person (light refreshments included)
Registration required? Yes, click here to register.
