Delivery & Mailing

Whether it’s mobility issues, a packed schedule, or our Minnesota weather, sometimes it’s easiest if we come to you.

We offer home delivery of prescriptions, medical supplies, and over-the-counter (OTC) products Monday through Friday. You can set up your profile to include routine delivery of all your pharmacy needs or simply use the service when you find you just don't have time to make another stop. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for all deliveries.

We also ship prescriptions and over-the-counter (OTC) items via USPS for a small fee based on calculated postage and the cost of shipping supplies.

Delivery fees

A per-delivery fee starting at $6 is based on zip code, with the exception of deliveries to multi-dwelling units, which are charged a flat rate of $4 per delivery. This fee is waived on orders that include $35+ of OTC products OR the remainder of a prescription that we owe you. An additional same-day fee of $4 will be charged to orders that are to be delivered the same day they are requested (this includes orders that were placed via voicemail after business hours on the evening before the requested delivery).

Wondering about ways to minimize your delivery fees? Plan, plan, plan!

  • Have your medications "synced" so that they can all be filled on the same day each month, resulting in only 1 or 2 delivery fees per month instead of 5, 6, or even more. Our Technicians are more than happy to help you work out a schedule and get your meds synced. Not only does this simplify things for you, it helps us as well!

  • Order your meds & supplies 5 - 7 days before you're going to run out. This allows us time to obtain refills from your care provider, get prior authorizations (PAs) approved, and order medications or OTC items that we don't have in stock. That way, all the items you need can be gathered and sent together rather than in separate orders.

  • If you need OTC items, order them all at the same time. We waive our delivery fee if individuals order $35+ worth of OTC products (note that prescription copays are NOT included in this total).

Mailing fees

In addition to home delivery, customers can also request that their prescriptions and/or OTC items be mailed to their residence or other address of their choosing via USPS. We calculate a mailing fee based on the cost of postage plus the cost of shipping supplies, which usually ranges from $3 - 10 per shipment. However, similar to home delivery, we waive our mailing fee on orders that include $35+ of OTC products OR the remainder of a prescription that we owe you.

Please note that, per federal regulations, prescriptions can only be mailed to Minnesota addresses.
