A Bipartisan Coalition of 39 State Attorneys General Urge Congressional Action on Pharmacy Benefit Manager Reform

The National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG) sent a letter to Congressional leaders on behalf of 39 attorneys general who urge the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives to engage in meaningful debate and reform of the current practices of pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).
