to all who have donated food to our ongoing food donation collection. We are so touched by the MOUNTAIN of donations and supplies we’ve already received, which our nurse, Hildie, will be delivering to our neighborhood little free pantries and the Keystone Community Food Center this week. However, this issue isn’t going away anytime soon—the government shutdown is ongoing, groceries are evermore expensive, and a mountain of additional stressors are making it harder and harder to human, and stay healthy while doing it. As we move into the winter and traditionally giving season, please continue to help us feed our friends. If lots of people do even just a little (e.g., bring a can of soup when you pick up your prescriptions), together, we can make a big difference. We love being a part and taking care of this warm, compassionate community! How lucky we are, and not a day goes by that we don’t think about that.
